Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm, Fridays 7.30am – 3.30pm.
The office is closed on weekends, however we do have 24-hour emergency services.

Our Service call fees are from $90 +GST within the Bundaberg district.
This fee increases with further travel.

Free estimations for work can be given over the phone, however, to quote accurately on a job it is often a requirement to visit the sight to assess the work to be carried out. A service call fee is charged, which will be deducted from your final invoice should you wish us to proceed with the work.

Test and tag is the name given to the process of checking the safety of portable electrical appliances. Once tested, the item is tagged to confirm that it has in fact been tested, along with showing who tested it, the test date and when the next test is due. 

Australian standards recommend particular test and tag frequencies based on the nature of the appliance and environment it is operating in.

We guarantee honest, reliable service on all work carried out by our team. As parts and materials are not manufactured by us, the warranties on these will always fall back on the supplier and their terms and conditions.
